Engineering Services Limited to buyers safely, reliably and profitability, growing the company and its people to their full potential and being a trusted partner with all our stakeholders in the sustainable development of Nigeria industry and Mcbarons host communities.
TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE, MCBARONS IS COMMITTED TO:
Ø Establish and maintain clear responsibilities and accountabilities for managing key business, processes and activities to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Ø Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery of quality product.
Ø Pursue the goal of continuous service improvement in all activities.
Ø Uphold all statutory and regulatory requirement.
IN SUSTENANCE OF THIS QUALITY POLICY MCBARONS SHALL:
Ø Solicit and act upon customer and stakeholder feedback on its Quality Performance.
Ø Drive to continuously improve its products processes through critical internal appraisaland external audits.
Ø Implement international standard-compliant Quality Management Systems for all its key business processes.
Ø Underpin its Quality Management System with clear objectives and key performance indicator (KPI).
This policy is subject to periodic audit and review to meet changing needs in the entire operations. The quality control process shall be managed by the QC/QA officers to ensure that
quality is being measured and that client feedback is received, recorded and acted upon. This will result in continuous improvement of MCBARONS Engineering Limited people, procedures,
standards and productivity.
Document Control:
We shall continuously ensure that applicable operational documents, including but not limited to drawings, specifications, reports, contract change requests, as-built drawings and project
procedures are made available to all project staff for compliance. A proper document storage system (electronic and manual) shall always be maintained and changes tracked. These are core
responsibilities of the project sections.
Materials Control:
This process starts from the specifications of the materials, through procurement, testing and installation, until commissioning and handover. Every material to be used in any project must of
necessity undergo material tests and any found defective or inferior will either be corrected or be discarded through a well co-ordinated management process.
Process Control:
This involves continuous inspection and supervision. These are necessary to ensure that materials are put in proper use and that MCBARONS Engineering Limited conforms to standards, specifications and clients’ requirements. Inspection and supervision shall be carried out throughout the life span of each project. Every risk identified during inspection and supervision shall immediately be mitigated to avoid it affecting other parts of the projects. The ultimate aim of this exercise is to achieve OUR RESOURCE &TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES.
